2. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Results may vary from person to person. 3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

ReGene currently ships within the United States only. Delivery times are estimates only. ReGene is not liable for delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Refunds & Returns

Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing, you agree to its terms.

6. Subscriptions

If you sign up for a recurring subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the frequency you selected at checkout. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing support@regene.health. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged. Subscription orders are otherwise subject to our Refund Policy.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and the ReGene brand — is the property of Regene Health LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReGene regarding your use of our website and products.
