Shipping policy

We want your ReGene order to reach you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the carrier option selected. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship via trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier and service level used depends on your location and the option you select at checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier service selected. These are estimates only — actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use it to follow your package from our fulfillment center to your door.
If you haven't received your tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at support@regene.health.
Shipping destinations
ReGene currently ships within the United States only, including:
- All 50 states
- US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
- PO Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
We do not currently ship internationally.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ReGene is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost, damaged, or undelivered packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@regene.health within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@regene.health. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled, but it remains subject to our Refund Policy.
