1. Products & Pricing ReGene offers digital meal plan access with the following options: 1 Week Plan: $14.69 (USD) 1 Month Plan: $44.11 (USD) 3 Month Plan: $73.52 (USD) Prices are displayed before purchase and are subject to applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) depending on the user’s location. Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions.
‍2. Payment Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal (or other methods, if applicable). Access to the service is granted immediately after payment confirmation. If payment fails, users will be notified, and access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
‍3. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU law, users purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately waive their 14-day right of withdrawal. This waiver is explicitly confirmed during checkout (e.g., via a checkbox). Reason: Digital content is delivered immediately, making it impossible to "return."
‍4. Refund Policy We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your ReGene meal plan, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. How to Request a Refund: Contact us at support@regene.health within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order details (e.g., order number, email used for purchase). Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Exceptions: Refunds are not available for purchases older than 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
‍5. Access Duration Access corresponds to the selected plan duration (1 week, 1 month, or 3 months). Access is not automatically renewed unless the user opts into a subscription plan. If a user cancels mid-subscription, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
‍6. Termination ReGene reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, violation of terms, or non-payment. Users may terminate access at any time by contacting support@regene.health. No penalties or fees apply for early termination.
‍7. Governing Law These Terms of Sale are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
